Yes, because... Part of the culture of the game
Such chants that sometimes involve minor racism are part of the culture of the game, obviously the racism involved should be minimised whenever possible but we don't want to destroy cultural traditions. Much of the time these chants are not meant offensively, when they are not then there should be no offence taken.
We must keep racism in order to keep up cultural tradition? Well should we go back to witch hunting? Slavery? Colonisation of weaker countries? But it is part of English tradition? The extreme examples used here show how ridiculous this argument is. We cannot keep something which is morally wrong and offensive in football because it is traditional! We the Brits maybe used to such banter and humour but others do not and they do take offence to our racial slurs. We should get rid of the lot in order to integrate multicultural Britain.
